Delete your CookVerse account

Last updated 5 October 2026. This page is public so you can request deletion without staying signed in to the app.

If you created a CookVerse account, you can delete it and the personal data we store for that account. This is the same control App Store and Google Play require for apps that offer sign-up.

In the app (required path)

1. Sign in to CookVerse.
2. Open My Account (web: your chef handle in the top bar; iPhone/Android: the Account tab).
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Free chefs are deleted immediately, for every sign-in method (Apple, Google, email, or phone). Chef Plus monthly and CookVerse annual stop billing immediately; you keep the account until the paid-through date (shown as dd-MMM-YY), then CookVerse deletes it automatically. If you uninstalled the app

Sign in at cookverse.ai, open My Account, and choose Delete account. Or email support@foodtalesllc.com from the address or phone you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my CookVerse account.” We typically complete email requests within two business days.

What we keep

Stripe and the app stores may keep payment records required by law or their own terms. Recipe catalogue content is not personal data and stays in CookVerse.
